What a great double episode with the Born2Run team Carol, Jane & Gerard so many of us are held back in life, afraid to pursue our passion as we believe the perceived risk is to great. This is one team that grabbed their ideas with two hands and literally took off running, by doing so they have created a unique running platform that has helped so many people in so many different ways, amazing energy, I'm glad to be part of their journey.

How would you like to rip up the rule books and smash every race you enter, well that's exactly what Jon Ward has done and he keeps on going. An amazing show of mental strength and a great advocate for mind of matter, I'm sure he will continue to go from strength to strength as he continues to challenge his own limits and sets new horizons for those that he comes in contact with.

I think this woman would be the first to run a marathon on Mars if registration opened, a neighbour and close friend the one and only Barbara Fleming Ovens more commonly known as Babs :)
Babs loves to leave her foot prints where no other has walked.....

What an amazing woman, she has over come adversity and completed her 100th marathon dressed as Batwomen. Some one forgot to mention that she has also ticked off most of the Ultra's in Northern Ireland including the 84K of the Mourne Way and completed the Donegal Quads in fashion, I can't help feeling that I'm going to be hearing more from Linda her love for running is infectious!!
