This guy is amazing last year alone he ran 11 marathons of which 6 were sub 3hr, he finished 3rd in the Donegal Quads each day running sub 3:30, he has a charitable heart and loves banging out the miles running 84 miles in 4 days as part of his training.
Any wonder he has won his clubs Outstanding Achievement three years on the trot, a good listen for anyone running Belfast tomorrow.

A great second podcast with a local legend and true gentleman Willie McCracken, he's ran a personal best marathon time of 2:23 (5:25 min/mile) in Dublin and at almost 72 years of age he still manages to push out amazing times in both the 10k and half marathon distances.
